Responsibilities :

In this role, you will oversee the entire contract lifecycle, managing everything from creation to termination. You will take on the responsibility of supervising the Contract Specialist team, delegating tasks effectively to ensure smooth operations. As the primary point of contact for escalated issues, your role will involve addressing concerns that arise during the contracting process.

Additionally, you will provide support and training to buyers, helping them navigate the contracting process and familiarize themselves with the tools in use. Coordinating contract approval processes is essential in this position, and you will be tasked with obtaining the necessary signatures to move contracts forward.

A crucial aspect of your responsibilities will include identifying and assessing potential risks associated with contracts, enabling you to actively implement strategies to mitigate those risks. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as legal, finance, and executive leadership to ensure alignment and compliance throughout the contraction process.

Maintaining organized records for contracts, amendments, and related documentation will also be part of your duties. Lastly, you will be encouraged to identify opportunities for process improvements within the contact management lifecycle, ultimately leading to more efficient operations.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in an international setting;
  • Solid grasp of legal and regulatory compliance matters;
  • Knowledge of legal procedures and processes;
  • Experience with contract management systems and software (Zycus preferred);
  • Exceptional communication skills and adept at managing stakeholders;
  • Detail-focused with an emphasis on precision and quality;
  • Capable of collaborating effectively within a team;
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel and PowerPoint) and Power BI.

Salaris

The Offer : Procurement Contract Manager (TEMP)

Through our agency, you will receive a 6-month temporary contract. 
There is a possibility that your contract will be renewed after these 6 months or that our client will make you an offer of a contract, however, we are not able to guarantee this.

  • Salary will be around €6000 - €7000 gross a month based on a full-time position (40 hours a week) and is based on education and experience;
  • Annual leave days;
  • Travel expenses will be covered;
  • Pension plan.
