As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the team during your shift and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You are the one who maintains an overview, solves problems, and ensures guests receive top-quality service. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Guiding and motivating the team on the work floor;
• Coordinating and delegating tasks to ensure the shift runs efficiently;
• Ensuring a safe, clean, and productive work environment;
• Contributing to operational goals, such as sales and quality;
• Assisting with staff scheduling, inventory management, and administration.

• Has at least an MBO level of work and thinking;
• Has experience in a leadership or similar role, preferably in hospitality or retail;
• Is strong in communication and able to motivate a team;

• Is flexible and willing to work varying shifts (including evenings and weekends).
