Financial and Reporting Analyst- IT & Data (Temporary)

We are looking for a Financial Analyst with a speciality in governance and control who is available on short notice for a time period for at least 1 year. Ideal candidates possess an eagerness to drive support, process improvements, accuracy and quality to the next level within the Benelux.

Responsibilities: Financial and Reporting Analyst- IT & Data (Temporary)

In this position, the main responsibilities will be:

• You will manage and execute the IT & Data financial control, governance, and reporting processes;
• You will keep track of the financial management guidlines, documentation, and tools;
• You will strive for continuous improvement for the IT & Data team's processes;
• You will Handle administrative tasks such as purchase orders (PO), goods receipts (GRs), and invoice management for both CAPEX and OPEX;
• You will assist setting up and maintain the finance key-stakeholders network;
• You will ensure that the team follows the proper financial management procedures, processes, and tools;
• You will act independently in reporting financial data on legal entities.

Requirements

Requirements: Financial and Reporting Analyst- IT & Data (Temporary)

The ideal candidate meets the following profile:

• Relevant Bachelor or University degree;
• Experience in a similar role or with above mentioned responsibility areas;
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (Power BI as a plus);
• Familiar with SAP for purchasing, control and reporting responsibilities;
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.

Salaris

Offer: Financial and Reporting Analyst- IT & Data (Temporary)

The monthly salary will be based on your relevant working experience and will be in the range of € 4000 - €4500 gross per month based on 40 hours. This is a 1 year contract.
