Management Assistant - Temporary
As a Management Assistant you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning within the organization.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Agenda- and travel management and other related activities to calendar management;
- You will organize management meetings, agenda and overall arrangement;
- You are responsible for the team calendar, scheduling meetings and business updates etc.;
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks and declare expenses;
- You are responsible for support to team events;
- Purchase order management;
- You will organize lunches, order flowers, order presents, etc. when appropriate.
Requirements
Management Assistant - Temporary
The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:
- A secretarial background and at least 5 years of relevant experience;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook tools;
- Proactive, independent and great at setting priorities and handling stressful situations;
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in the English language. Dutch is a preferred;
- Moreover, you have fun in your job and give your best to contribute to a nice and professional work environment.
Salaris
Offer : Management Assistant - Temporary
The position is for approximately 6 months from 14/07/2025. The salary is between €3500- €4000 gross per month, based on full time employment and knowledge and experience.
