Marketing Executive

Denholm are delighted to have partnered with a leading property marketing company in Edinburgh in their search for a digitally focussed Marketing Executive.

This role will be fully remote, but due to the occasional team building day in the office we would like this candidate to be based in Scotland.

This Marketing Executive role offers variety and responsibility and the chance to have an immediate impact on the overall company brand and image. You will be involved in online and offline campaigns and be encouraged to think creatively.

We are looking for someone who has good Campaign Management experience and a good knowledge and understanding of digital marketing including paid search, paid social and online advertising. Knowledge of PPC would also be welcomed.

As their new Marketing Executive, you will report directly to the Head of Marketing and join a fantastic team of 5 who all bring their own skills and passions to the team.

Day to day you will:
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns to achieve overall marketing aims, including seasonal campaigns, local campaigns and other demographic targeting.
  • Support the Head of Marketing in the development of the overall marketing strategy.
  • Undertake planning and execution of relevant marketing projects, supporting the team and other areas of the business to achieve overall company objectives.
  • Create and execute the paid advertising strategy, in line with overall marketing campaigns plan ensuring maximum return on investment.
  • Continuous process of iteration and improvement to ensure maximum performance.
  • Work alongside analyst to review effectiveness of campaigns and paid digital advertising and social organic.
  • Work alongside Head of Marketing to identify new marketing and branding opportunities.
  • Support team members in all aspects of achieving the marketing plan.
  • Share ideas and support team members for continuous process and relationship improvement.
  • Work together as a team to support each other through change and training.
