Client Development Manager

One of our most exciting 'growth clients' is looking for a Client Development Manager to join its Revenue Growth Team responsible for winning new client business, focused on deploying the HubSpot CRM Platform and developing a growth strategy around the functions it supports.

This new business sales role, to be based in the central belt but delivered remote - will primarily be UK focused, but our current client base has a global footprint.

The role is suited to a hugely driven person who can evangelise the benefits that HubSpot’s unique platform can provide to SME and Mid-Market organisations that are keen to grow using a Digital First RevOps led methodology.

The role requires:
  • Driving towards and hitting monthly sales targets
  • The smarts to lead a conversation with the C-Suite about sales, marketing & RevOps, and the empathy to listen and understand the challenges your prospects are facing
  • Engaging with and following up on an MQL lead flow provided to you
  • Self-generating sales opportunities using a Digital First Outreach HubSpot approach
  • Use of Video in sales emails – Vidyard
  • Capable of conducting and managing virtual meetings with multiple senior stake holders
  • The ability to work within a sales methodology designed to support sales success
  • Attention to detail in all aspects of the role including CRM and Data health to support marketing automation
  • Research and identify angles for thought leadership content that can assist in the growth of our business
  • Implement continuous improvement cycles to ensure our work gets better over time
  • Research the latest topics around SaaS solutions, RevOps, B2B sales, marketing, inbound and ABM
  • A full UK drivers license

The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate:
  • An understanding of SaaS solutions, preferably in the CRM, sales and marketing area
  • Minimum of three years experience in a similar sales role
  • Demonstrate a capability to translate prospects business needs into a software demo and proposal
  • A strong understanding of the modern sales and marketing landscape articulated in a RevOps model
  • An appreciation of the Inbound methodology
  • An understanding of MEDDIC (C) as a sales qualification / deal winning process
  • HubSpot experience would be an advantage but not essential
