Resposibilities Interim Project Manager Design and Retail Marketing- Temporary

Your main tasks and responsibilities are to:

• Oversee timelines, budgets, and smooth delivery across 20–30 simultaneous projects;
• Coordinate with Design, VM, Marketing, local markets, and external suppliers;
• Translate creative concepts into clear project plans and production briefs;
• Monitor costs and support sustainable, efficient solutions;
• Supervise production and implementation of displays, windows, podiums, and pop-up;
• Act as main stakeholder contact, sharing updates and resolving issues quickly;
• Identify risks, troubleshoot proactively, and ensure brand consistency;
• Improve processes and contribute to smarter ways of working.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has:

• 5+ years in project management within retail, design, or creative industries;
• Strong understanding of design development and retail implementation;
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused;
• Thrives under pressure and manages multiple projects simultaneously;
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
• Makes quick, logical decisions and maintains oversight of operations;
• Financially savvy and committed to efficient, sustainable delivery;
• Collaborative, working smoothly with designers, marketers, suppliers, and international teams.
