Country Manager CZ - e-commerce

We are currently looking for a new leader, driver and top manager of our client's e-commerce company. The company creates, manages and develops e-commerce solutions for its clients. They have grown considerably in recent years in terms of turnover and number of satisfied customers. Since 2016 they are already a no. 1 market leader. The mission of the company is to expand into new CEE countries. The current management is moving into an international role and would like to find a new partner who will oversee the Czech brand, take care of its great people and lead the company into new milestones. You will be backed by experience, success story and good practice of the current management. From this role you will have a high impact on the direction, growth and market presentation of the company.

What will be your mission?

• to manage and oversee operational activities and support current growth
• to prepare a clear strategy and a pathway for the success - via key milestones
• to be an ambassador of the Czech brand, the company’s team spirit and culture
• to drive continuous improvements, proactively seek and present initiatives for growth in CZ

Who do we need for the task?

• confident leader who will lead by example, with strong strategic and relationship management skills
• salesman with experience in account or sales management, business development or CEO role
• agile, data driven decision maker, as all our decisions are data based
• manager with proven track of record of growth or integration projects
