HR Manager

Our client is a Multinational Company producing sustainable and innovative packaging and paper solutions. We are looking for a HR Manager that will manage all HR related topics in the plant and ensure timely and efficient HR service delivery (HR administration incl. payroll) – of about 200 employees located in Duino (TS).

Activities:

• Partner with Managing Director and plant leadership team to ensure a successful integration and transformation of the plant
• Support of communication & change management
• Establish local HR standards, processes and tools in line with group-wide policies – as part of PMI and beyond
• Roll-out group-wide HR standards, programs and initiatives – as part of PMI and beyond
• Perform effective recruiting and onboarding activities, facilitate local development processes and support managers in building robust succession pipelines, strengthen local employer branding activities to attract key skills
• Partner with managers to enable them to deliver on their promises, inspire their teams and create a positive employee experience
• Provide business with expert knowledge on HR and market trends (legal, talent, industry, etc.)
• Trustful interface to works council and trade unions

Requirements

• University degree or corresponding qualification in human resources, employment law and/or business administration
• Proven track record in generalist HR; plant HR experience of advantage
• Profound knowledge of Italian employment law and related legal subjects
• Experience in dealing with trade unions and collective bargaining negotiations, and/or successful works council cooperation experience beneficial
• Excellent consultancy, coaching and relationship building skills
• Outstanding communication, change management, negotiation and presentation skills
• Enthusiastic, dynamic and agile personality
• Hands-on and solution oriented mentality
• Knowledge of HR systems and data analytics affinity
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Living close to the plant
