Corporate Procurement Specialist (m/f/d)

Workload: 100%, in a hybrid working model with 1 day at office (Zurich-Oerlikon), remaining days home-office possible

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support in development and ensures communication/ implementation of Corporate Procurement strategies
  • Improve areas such as Indirect Services, Risk Management and Supply Base Management
  • Ensure implementation, maintenance and compliance of assigned Procurement activities and initiatives
  • Supports development and implementation of Global Procurement strategies for areas such as Indirect Materials & Services, Risk Management, Supply Base Management, Quality and Sustainability
  • Sourcing of Professional Services – run eRfX for Consulting, Financial and Legal Services Categories for M&A transactions, with close collaboration to the different M&A Workstreams (HR, Finance, Tax, IS etc.)
  • Interact and manage senior stakeholders within the Organization
  • Execute implementation of Procurement Strategies in close alignment with the relevant category teams and business stakeholders

Your Profil:

  • Solid understanding of Corporate Procurement with 5+ years experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills – especially senior stakeholders
  • Experience within Indirect Procurement, ideally within (Prof.) Services Categories
  • Sourcing as well as contract negotiation and management experience
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong English skills (mind. C1)
