Manager New Business - IT Hospitality Solutions

I am looking for a Manager New Business for an organization that implements IT Solutions in the Hospitality industry worldwide.

This company designs and develops forward-thinking cloud based hospitality software solutions over the world and we're currently recruiting a Manager New Business with a background in IT and has a large, existing network in the Hospitality industry on C-level. As Manager New Business you will ensure that new business is attracted, target new clients, help manage key accounts and meet revenue targets.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Selling the products and services, generally responsible for finding and generating new clients;
• Track, manage and report on sales activities, targets and pipeline development using CRM;
• Assisting Accountmanagers on several key accounts;
• Provide professional demonstrations of the SaaS solution;
• Act as a representative at professional conferences and trade shows (international travel about 75% of your time!).

• Bachelors degree in sales, hospitality or closely related field;
• A large, existing network on C-level in the hospitality industry is a must;
• 5+ years experience in technology solutions for hotels, preferably with SaaS knowledge;
• Excellent communicator, interpersonal skills and time management;
• A strong understanding of IT in the hospitality sector, able to explain complicated technical concepts to technical and non-technical people;
• Excellent communication in English, verbally and written.

A competitive salary will be offered in accordance with your experience and knowledge. In this position you will be travelling for about 75% of your time.
