Global Project Manager CRM (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end execution of the global CRM transformation, aligning with commercial goals and customer engagement strategies
- Partner with Sales, Service, and Marketing leadership to define requirements and ensure delivery of tangible business value
- Translate strategic objectives into clear project roadmaps with defined milestones and KPIs
- Serve as the key interface between business stakeholders and implementation partners, ensuring alignment and accountability
- Drive stakeholder engagement and lead change management efforts to ensure adoption and long-term success
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and report opportunities to executive sponsors
- Ensure process harmonization and system usability remain central to decision-making
Your qualifications:
- Proven experience leading business-driven CRM transformations across multiple countries
- Strong understanding of commercial processes and how CRM supports Sales, Service, and Marketing effectiveness
- Skilled in stakeholder management, with experience engaging at both executive and operational levels
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, particularly Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Familiarity with Veeva CRM in life sciences or MedTech settings
- Understanding of D365 ERP or comparable business systems
- Proficient in project delivery using structured methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (around 40%)
