HR Assistant (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Supporting the HR team in their daily tasks and HR-related processes
- Supporting the HR team with various projects
- Cooperation with local authorities and insurance companies
- Time management
- Entering departmental accounts in SAP
- Help organizing events for employees
- Substitute for HR Business Partner during holidays
Your skills:
- Commercial or equivalent training
- Completed further training in human resources (HR administrator / HR assistant) would be a plus. If not, a wish to grow in this field
- Excellent interaction with customers
- Very good knowledge of English (company language) and German is a prerequisite
- Detail-orientated, efficient, and structured in administrative tasks
- Trustworthiness, reliability and discretion are basic requirements in our team
- Good MS Office skills
- An optimistic personality with good interpersonal skills and a quick grasp of things
