HR Assistant (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Supporting the HR team in their daily tasks and HR-related processes
  • Supporting the HR team with various projects
  • Cooperation with local authorities and insurance companies
  • Time management
  • Entering departmental accounts in SAP
  • Help organizing events for employees
  • Substitute for HR Business Partner during holidays

Your skills:

  • Commercial or equivalent training
  • Completed further training in human resources (HR administrator / HR assistant) would be a plus. If not, a wish to grow in this field
  • Excellent interaction with customers
  • Very good knowledge of English (company language) and German is a prerequisite
  • Detail-orientated, efficient, and structured in administrative tasks
  • Trustworthiness, reliability and discretion are basic requirements in our team
  • Good MS Office skills
  • An optimistic personality with good interpersonal skills and a quick grasp of things
