Receptionist / Front Office Assistant (Part-Time, 24h/week) (m/f/d)

Working Schedule

  • 24-hour contract
  • 3 days per week
  • 8 hours per day with a 1-hour break

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Front Office Services

  • Welcome visitors and staff; issue badges and maintain visitor logs
  • Prepare materials for new starters
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail (post and courier services)
  • Organize parking facilities and taxi bookings
  • Distribute internal documents and publications
  • Perform general clerical tasks (filing, word processing, mailings, office equipment use)

Office Security & Health & Safety

  • Support the client’s Security & Safety Concept
  • Participate in emergency procedures, drills, and required training

General Services & Administration

  • Monitor and replenish office supplies (stationery, consumables, etc.)
  • Support procurement, storage, and distribution of supplies
  • Report and follow up on complaints, repairs, and service requests with FM Support
  • Attend weekly reception team meetings (Basel / Zürich)

Qualifications & Experience

Required

  • Good general education
  • Languages: English and German (additional languages are a plus)
  • Strong computer skills: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Previous experience in a reception, front desk, or hotel environment
