John has 5 years of direct client executive search experience, having previously done all his own recruitment in digital media and film and television services. He has served pro-bono at board level for over 20 years in the international secondary education sector where he is a board adviser. John is also a writer, bibliophile, history-lover and occasional exec. TV producer. He has a Master’s Degree in Creative Writing from the world-renowned University of East Anglia.
Holly has worked in senior client services roles in the media and hospitality sectors since 2013. Her expertise includes staff on-boarding, the creation of training programmes for front-of-house staff, and cost-benefit analysis. She is responsible for all international cooperations with Talentor partners, as well as our search services and applicant tracking systems. Holly has a degree in Fine Art from Ireland’s National College of Art and Design, is an artist and mother.
David has more than 25 years' experience in retail and mortgage banking, corporate finance and fintech. Highly experienced in building senior teams in both the financial services and fintech space, he has also served pro bono for over 20 years in the not-for-profit education sector. He has considerable experience of tech startups – both team-building and fundraising. Former schools’ and under-20s representative rugby player and much-too-modest golfer. Four grown-up sons. Year-round sea-swimmer.
Peter has 40 years’ experience of recruiting, developing and leading business-to-business sales teams in the capital equipment and managed services space in companies like Sharptext / Exertis and The Danwood Group. In recent years, his focus has been offering consultancy services to clients, mentoring CEOs on their business acquisition and sales strategy development as well as change management programmes. A Passionate, decisive, and proven change manager, Peter has a critical eye for rare talent and the ability to bring the very best out in people.
