Christian Biedermann, Professional Bachelor of Business Administration, (eidg. Dipl. Betriebswirtschafter HF), is Managing Director of Coopers Group AG. He is responsible for the recruitment of specialists all over Switzerland. Prior to joining Coopers Group, Christian worked with a leading global HR service provider for more than seven years.
As Area Head of the German-speaking part of Switzerland and Branch Director he successfully established and developed the ‘Information Technology’ business line.
Denise Stuker, Professional Bachelor of Business Administration (eidg. Dipl. Betriebswirtschafterin HF) is Business Manager at Coopers Group AG. She is responsible for the recruitment of specialists all over Switzerland. Previously Denise worked as a recruitment consultant with a leading global HR service provider.
Denise recruited temporary and permanent positions in the Information Technology and Engineering sectors. Additionally she had the opportunity to carry out a Recruitment Process Outsourcing project with a large international company and completed a temporary assignment in the U.S. to exchange ‘best practices’.
Jan-Philipp Schwarz, Business Manager in Basel, is responsible for filling temporary positions, supports our clients in finding a job and advises them on internal recruitment processes, especially in executive positions.
Jan-Philipp completed a dual degree in business administration and service management before starting his career with one of the largest recruiters. There he successfully expanded the areas of IT, healthcare and engineering.
Alessia Biassoli - Master in Training and Development of HR is Senior MSP Consultant at Coopers Group AG and supports the consulting team in recruiting specialists and managers. Previously, Alessia worked as an intern in IT recruitment and in the IT training team at a large pharmaceutical company in Basel.
Saad Bendadi, Business Manager Life Sciences, is responsible for filling temporary and permanent positions in the life sciences area.
Saad holds a Masters in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Technology of Compiègne in France and a CAS in Marketing and Business Management from École Polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne. In the past 10 years, Saad has worked with managers to sustainably acquire top talent in the biopharma / medtech industry. He has a lot of experience building internal solutions such as recruitment processes, training on the job and outplacement. In the course of his career, he held various positions in the Medtech area, ranging from sales representatives to marketing managers.
Sandro Pezzutto, Business Manager IT & Public at Coopers Group AG, is jointly responsible for the search, placement and support of IT specialists throughout Switzerland and supports the consulting team. He is also responsible for parts of the administration.
Prior to joining Coopers Group, Sandro completed basic commercial training and then worked for one of the world's largest financial service providers for over 10 years.
