Become a Partner

Becoming a partner of Talentor We are going to expand the international network. Our goal for the future is to create an international Talentor partner system, an innovative concept for executive search, and become the market leader in our industry.


Our Partner Manager Sabine Steiner

Sabine Steiner is responsible for Global Partner Acquisition and Marketing Strategy at Talentor. She has a degree in Commerce & Economics and worked for a large international company in Linz. With epunkt she worked since its foundation in 2000 as a recruitment consultant until 2003. From 2006 took over marketing responsibilities for epunkt and since 2013 for Talentor.

At Talentor she is responsible for new partner acquisition, partner management & innovational input concerning collaboration 3.0 & new IT and social media tools. She speaks German, English and has good basics in Spanish language.

As a Talentor partner, you care deeply about your existing and new customers and providing them with excellent service. Talentor provides everything else. We

  • provide tools and instruments that make your day-to-day work extremely efficient and that enable you to standardize workflow and automate
  • manage strategic marketing, branding, etc.
  • provide IT services and support for “eRecruiter,” a recruiting system, e- mail, intranet as well as the Talentor website, including candidate and client portal
  • provide templates for all relevant areas (quotes and contracts, marketing templates, staff meetings, ad layouts, etc.)
  • provide thorough basic training and provide ongoing coaching and benchmarking
  • provide our partners with client and candidate protection and exclusivity in the agreed sales territory.


The Process of becoming a partner

Step 1: Your request for information!

Contact our Partner Manager Thomas Zahlten and learn more about our partner system.

Step 2 : Overview of the system

You receive the information package and an invitation to headquarters for your personal introductory meeting.

Step 3: Personal Interview

The purpose of the meetings to inform yours comprehensively about our partner system. We want to answer all your questions and get to know you so that we can reach a decision together whether a partnership is a realistic opportunity for you to be successful.

Step 4: Take the opportunity to join the network

Once it becomes apparent that our system is a congenial business opportunity for both parties, we will discuss details such as business plan and financial planning. Any other details that are necessary to ensure that the collaboration proceeds successfully will also be part of the discussion. This will provide you with all the necessary information so that you can discuss further details with your business consultant.

At this point, it would be a good idea to discuss your expectations and calculations with other partners to see if your aspirations are realistic. We suggest talking to one or two partners whose business focus is similar to yours.


Step 5: Agreement

If you want to be our partner, we will negotiate with you about how we will develop the territory. If we agree, you will be asked to confirm your offer to purchase a franchise and sign the agreement.


Step 6: Access to all Talentor systems

If you opt for a partnership with Talentor, you will receive access to the Talentor brand book and the intranet, where all aspects of the Talentor system are well documented. Our Partner Manager is your primary interface to Talentor headquarters and the network. He/She will support you from the start to drive your international business forward.


Step 7: Join the network

Partner meetings and summits
Once you are part of the Talentor family, you will take part in two annual events. At the partner meeting, all partners and CEOs meet to exchange ideas and discuss the strategic development of the network. The employees at all Talentor locations meet at the annual summit. The program for this two-day event is diverse, and there are always various focus areas and working groups. Besides, there is always plenty of fun at these events, and you will find out that we have a lot more talent than expected!
