About us

Talentor is an executive search and recruitment organisation for middle and upper management positions. We are one of the world’s top 40 executive search networks with independent partners around the globe.
How it all began!

20 years Talentor International!

Talentor, established in 2003 in Finland, originated from collaboration between two partners who initially forged connections with executive search firms in the Nordics and Baltics. In 2012, the Austrian company epunkt - the biggest recruitment agency in Austria - acquired the Talentor structure, which comprised 12 partners across various countries. Over the last 10 years, we have expanded and refined our network, introducing new countries and making strategic partner changes. As of 2024, Talentor spans 37 countries, and our ambitious goal is to further grow and reach 50 partners by 2026!

Our mission is clear: to fulfill nearly 95% of all client requests on an international scale through our extensive network of local partners. By strategically expanding our reach and collaborating with partners worldwide, we ensure unparalleled global coverage for seamless and effective service delivery to our clients.

What does it need to manage an international network?

At Talentor, we pride ourselves on having an in-house team exclusively dedicated to driving growth, integrating new partners, and providing ongoing support to our active members. This sets us apart from other networks, as we have a stable management team committed to these responsibilities on a full-time basis. Unlike networks with constantly changing leadership, our team focuses entirely on the crucial tasks of growth and continuous development. We offer targeted support to our partners, addressing strategic, sales, and marketing challenges with precision and expertise.

  • Centralized Coordination: We have a centralized coordination team that oversees and facilitates communication among all network partners. This central hub ensures that information flows efficiently and that all partners are aligned with the organization's goals and standards.
  • Strategic Planning: Regular strategic planning sessions involving key stakeholders help us set clear goals, identify growth opportunities, and adapt to market changes. This collaborative approach ensures that our network remains agile and responsive to evolving industry dynamics.
  • Transparent Communication: Open and transparent communication channels are established to foster a sense of community among partners. Regular partner virtual meetings, two physical meetings a year, newsletters, and a network intranet help share important information, industry insights, and best practices across the network.
  • Technology and Artificial Intelligence: We work to leverage state-of-the-art technology to streamline communications, share resources, and provide updates to all network partners. This includes a centralized information sharing platform, project management tools and collaboration technologies. In addition, we have launched an “AI Masterclass” that aims to promote knowledge sharing and skills development among our members. This initiative equips participants with the essential tools to leverage the latest advances in artificial intelligence in the recruiting industry and ultimately increase their efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Data Security: Given the importance of data security, we implement robust measures to safeguard sensitive information. Partners are educated and provided with resources to adhere to the highest standards of information security, cybersecurity, and privacy protection.

  • Flexibility, Adaptability and continous learing: Recognizing the dynamic nature of our industry, we maintain a flexible and adaptive management approach. This allows us to quickly respond to market changes, emerging trends, and the evolving needs of our clients and partners. 1. ISO 9001:2015 & ISO/IEC 27001: We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and this is reflected in the certifications of some of our valued partners.

2. Global Standards Compliance: For those partners, not yet ISO certified, we have establish and communicate clear, standardized quality benchmarks that all our partners worldwide adhere to.

3. Regular Training and Development: We create continuous training programs on how to cooperate internationally. Moreover we are offering a leadership program for team leaders or operation managers

4. Performance Monitoring and Evaluation: We use detailed feedback to evaluate each partner's performance based on the projects carried out.

5. Knowledge Sharing and Collaboration: Facilitating open communication channels among our partners promotes knowledge sharing and best practice exchange. This collaborative approach helps raise the overall quality standards within our network.

6. Quality Audits and Assessments: For those partners ISO certified, we are involved in periodic audits to ensure compliance with established quality standards.

7. Client Feedback Integration: We actively seek and value client feedback.

8. Adaptive Improvement Strategies: Our commitment to continuous improvement means that we adapt our strategies based on evolving industry standards, client expectations, and feedback, ensuring that our quality standards remain cutting-edge and globally competitive.
