Digital Marketing

Developing, implementing and monitoring the company's social media & activation strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase sales.


Key Responsibilities:

Social Media

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals and objectives.
  • Create and publish engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) to captivate the audience.
  • Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels, adapting content to suit different channels and audiences.
  • Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews from customers and fans.
  • Oversee the creating and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar which includes monthly sales objectives and initiatives.

Email Marketing

  • Craft compelling and targeted email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated drip campaigns.
  • Segment email lists based on customer behavior, demographics, and preferences for personalized campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze key email metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to optimize campaign performance.
  • Implement A/B testing to optimize email elements such as subject lines, calls-to-action, and content.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, to align email campaigns with broader marketing goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience in content management.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical and multitasking skills.
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.
  • Familiar with G-Suite, Clevertap, Asana, Slack, Figma, Canva, Google Analytics GA-4.

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic structure (startup/entrepreneurial mindset)
  • Musts: Italian - native level; English - professional level;

5+ years of experience - any of the below:

  • streaming music/movies/audiobooks
  • social media marketing (e-comm, mobile apps, tech, entertainment, media)
  • digital marketing in the publishing industry
  • email marketing experience is a plus but not a prerequisite
