Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform by leveraging data-driven insights to optimize AI-powered features and drive user engagement. Your primary objective will be to extract actionable insights to enhance the performance and effectiveness of features such as recommendation systems, content personalization, and predictive analytics. Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis: Utilize relevant tools to extract, manipulate, and analyze large-scale datasets related to user interactions, content preferences, and platform usage patterns.
2. AI Feature Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving AI-driven features.
3. Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor the performance of features, track key metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
4. Insights Generation: Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform product development decisions and optimize user experience.
5. Data Visualization: Create compelling visualizations and presentations to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.
6. Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad hoc analysis as needed to address specific business questions, investigate anomalies, or support strategic initiatives.
7. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis, machine learning, and streaming media to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field;
• Proven experience working as a data analyst;
• Proficiency data extraction and manipulation; experience with Python is a plus;
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights;
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and algorithms;
• Experience with data visualization tools;
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for leveraging data to drive business outcomes.
