We are seeking a proactive and structured Manager - Tender & Grants to join our Commercial Development team. In this role you will develop strategies and processes for our eMobility tenders and public grants opportunities, working in close collaboration with our business units in Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic minded problem-solver to support our growth journey by developing efficient structures and ways of working within large Tenders & Grants process across Europe.

Your key responsibilities:
The role involves developing and implementing tender strategies aligned with eMobility and Circle K goals, while maintaining a comprehensive roadmap of European tenders to optimize participation through cross-functional communication. Additionally, the role includes identifying and leveraging European public funding opportunities. The candidate will support Circle K business units by providing tools and guidance for navigating local eMobility tenders, standardizing tender processes to enhance efficiency, and conducting in-depth business case analyses for both new ventures and existing operations. Staying updated on eMobility market trends, collaborating with internal departments to align product offerings with market demands, and driving knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across business units are also key responsibilities.

Qualifications:
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in business development, commercial development, consultancy, tender management, or similar roles. Experience across various sectors is highly valued, with a particular emphasis on familiarity with the international eMobility landscape. A strong business acumen, combined with excellent communication and presentation skills, is essential. Additionally, candidates should have experience in developing and operationalizing strategic initiatives and be proficient in financial analysis and project management.
