Manufacturing Industry – Metal Cutting

Your New Role
  • Establish, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with both existing clients and potential new clients, focusing on identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
  • Actively pursue new sales leads, introduce the company’s products to potential clients, and grow business across different regions.
  • Lead price negotiations and sales processes to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Provide expert advice on product offerings, including product lifecycle management, cost-saving initiatives, and technical solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Deliver after-sales support to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction, addressing any issues or concerns quickly and effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Customer Service, Engineering, Product Management, and Sales Support to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of products.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company by attending industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings, showcasing the company’s capabilities and solutions.
Your Contribution
  • Proven experience in sales or business development roles within the manufacturing or engineering industry, with a focus on metal cutting or related sectors.
  • Practical experience or knowledge of CNC machines and modern tooling systems (turning, milling, drilling) is a plus.
  • Strong ability to identify client needs and translate them into actionable solutions, offering value to both current and potential clients.
  • Demonstrated success in driving new business, developing sales strategies, and building customer relationships.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays, to meet with clients and pursue sales opportunities across different regions.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients, both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A valid driver’s license and availability for frequent travel.
