Software Engineer (Full Stack)

Our partner is an integrated security company that specializes in providing security and related services. They offer a range of services including facility security and management, outsourced security solutions, and security systems and technology services. The company serves transport and logistics, financial institutions, private energy and utilities, government, oil and gas, ports and airports, leisure and tourism, mining, retail, and corporate and industrial sectors across the globe.
With one of the largest global security networks, our Partner operates in four primary areas: security systems design, integrated security services, cash management services, and services for the judicial system.


Responsibilities

• Being part of an Agile team developing GUEST & CONNECT applications.
• Demonstrate a passion for developing well-architected, elegant, web applications.
• Analyze requirements and architect new software solutions.
• Support enhancements and bug fixes for existing web applications.
• Analyze the task and apply techniques of computer science and engineering to come up with the best design solution.
• Work closely with Product Owners, QA, and Operations to help iterate, improve, and deliver our applications in a continuous manner.


Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• C# and React experience.
• Ability to work as a Full Stack Developer.
• Knowledge of REST and JSON standards.
• Familiar with source control, specifically GIT.
• Experience with Jira.
• Prior work experience with Visual Studio/NET Platform.
• Experience with Relational Databases (MS SQL Server etc.).
• Familiarity with Elastic Search, RabbitMQ, and Redis.
• Experience with Agile methodology and the entire SW Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience troubleshooting complex issues ranging from system resources to application stack traces.
• Experience participating in cross-functional teams from requirements gathering to releasing to production.
