Office/Admin Assistant & Executive Secretary

Job Summary:
This role involves providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of our office while assisting senior management with key tasks and international business engagements. Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for efficient office management (training can be provided).
  • Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Answer and manage phone calls and emails, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events with precision.
  • Organize and maintain office files, records, and key documents.
  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Manage office correspondence, including mail distribution and courier services.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other key documentation to support decision-making.
  • Provide day-to-day support to senior management, ensuring their priorities are met seamlessly.
  • Maintain a tidy, professional, and well-organized office environment.
  • Visit offices in London, Thailand, or Dubai to handle visa applications.
  • Accompany top management during international business trips, attending client meetings and networking events.
  • Organize and manage logistics for international travel and business engagements, including scheduling meetings, arranging transportation, and coordinating reservations for dinners or events.
