Developer eCommerce Front-end

We are looking for someone who is service-minded and keen to provide that little extra to our business users and at the same time work with the latest technological solutions.
Together with our internal IT functional consultants and Business process owners, you will work with front-end development and coding work in Storyblok; a headless CMS system that supports our eCommerce business processes within Active Brands.
In addition, you will also be an important contributor to support our digital strategy in general and play a role in adopting new technology and system solutions.

As a Front-End Developer you will be responsible for:

• Analysis, solution design, and development of our Web applications using Storyblok as a CMS tool

• Handling incoming development requests and new features, prioritizations, and follow-ups

• Improving User Experience by optimizing UI elements, navigation flows, etc.

• Make sure to develop effective and reusable code that is properly documented

• User support, problem analysis, and debugging of errors

• Testing of development changes and fixed bugs

• Help departments work smarter and make effective use of our eCommerce systems

• Maintain system and technical documentation for respective systems

• Manage and follow-up external IT suppliers and system partners where relevant

• Participation in IT-related projects

To be successful in the role as Front-End Developer, we expect that you have:

• Bachelor’s degree within Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar field (relevant experience will be considered)

• Minimum 3 years of relevant programming experience

• Experienced in Storyblok CMS development tool

• Experienced in HTML, CSS, Javascript

• Experienced in DevOps or similar task management tools such as Asana or Slack

• Knowledge of Centra eCommerce back-end system

• Knowledge of Inriver (PIM), Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM), Bynder (DAM)

• Knowledge of creating Mockups and prototypes using design tools like Figma

• Good process and business understanding

• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
