Senior Integration Developer

• Development and implementation of integration solutions based on frameworks and integration tools;
• Analysis of business requirements and their transformation into clear technical specifications.
• Creation, configuration and management of API services (REST, SOAP);
• Integration with third-party systems (SAP, CRM, databases, cloud services, etc.);
• Optimization and maintenance of existing integration solutions.
• Ensuring compliance with quality and security standards in the development of solutions.
• Documentation of the code and technical solutions developed.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve problems and deliver projects on t ime.
• Mentoring for junior team members.
• He is directly responsible for the architecture of technical solutions, leads and ensures the support of the team in terms of functional and technical analysis, being responsible for meeting the objectives on time and with the agreed quality level
• Creates the implementation plan for technical solutions development projects
• Ensures the management of all aspects related to analysis, design, implementation
• Proposes and consults with the manager on the functionalities that will be developed and the technical solutions that will be implemented
• Ensures that the projects that he manages from the areas of responsibility are carried out and implemented according to the plan
• Consult with the focal point related to each system on the technical solution, agree with the manager on the solution to be implemented
• It is ensured that all the proposed solutions are in line with the global and local architecture of the systems with the technical opinion of those in charge of the systems and the technical architecture
• Organizes and monitors performance of functionality tests , and ensures that they are in line with business requirements.
• Obtain acceptance from the business for the developed functionalities (development acceptance)
• Provides support by processing support requests and incidents raised by end users, for those tickets that require skills and extensive knowledge of business processes, following the SLAs established by categories of requests or incidents
• He is actively involved in building strategies and development plans for the following years
• Contributes to the annual budgeting process by collecting business needs, and benefits and estimating the effort required for implementation
• Is actively involved in sharing good practices and accumulated experience with teammates and newcomers to the team
•  Works actively and communicates effectively with colleagues and department management
• Actively participates in the project teams in which he is assigned, contributing and collaborating with the rest of the team to solve the project activities following the project plans
• Actively documents and is up to date with the latest trends in IT architecture, automation, system upgrades, trends in the area of responsibility
• He is actively involved in other tasks assigned by the Manager directly from the areas of IT and business processes
• Guides and coordinates the activity of the interns within the department, as a guide
• Prepares the evaluation report of the intern at the end of the internship program

What you’ll need to succeed:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Solid experience (5-7+ years) in Java software development, with a focus on system integration.
• Expertise in frameworks and tools such as Spring Integration, Tibco Business Work , or MuleSoft.
• Strong understanding of API design (REST, SOAP) and secure authentication/authorization mechanisms (OAuth 2.0, JWT).
• Hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB) and messaging systems (JMS, Kafka).
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
