With 100 hotel rooms, a Lobby/bar, Restaurant Suus, and a deli, this destination is set to become a culinary and hospitality hotspot.

Independent Hospitality has been exclusively appointed to recruit the team of Restaurant Suus. We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie to join this exciting venture!

Responsibilities Chef de Partie - De Plesman Restaurant Suus

What will you be doing?

• Preparing dishes for the restaurant and meetings & events;
• Performing preparatory tasks for all dishes;
• Contributing to the innovation of dishes and menus with proactive ideas;
• Assessing the quality and shelf life of ingredients and ensuring the quality of outgoing dishes;
• Receiving, inspecting, and storing ordered food supplies;
• Keeping the work area clean;

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role in a high-quality restaurant;
