Responsibilities : Cluster Engineer

• As an Engineer, you will assist the General Manager by overseeing all aspects of the technical operations of the hotel;
• You will maintain consistent standards for technical and administrative tasks;
• Ensuring guest satisfaction whilst creating a working environment that supports our values;
• You deal with all kinds of technical activities in the hotel, you ensure that the hotel is in top condition at all times;
• You know how to set the right priorities.

Requirements

Requirements : Cluster Engineer

• Do you have experience in the engineering department of a hotel;
• Are you an independent person who loves to work in a team;
• Experience with Cluster engineering and auditing;
• Experience with building management systems (BMS) and energy efficiency practices;
• Ability to diagnose and repair complex technical issues;
• Familiarity with local safety, health, and building regulations;
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently;
• Capability to develop preventive maintenance plans and long-term improvement strategies.
