Responsibilities Inteirm Global Events Lead
This role emphasizes event leadership, strategic coordination, and collaboration at the highest level to deliver impactful results.The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Event Management: Plan and execute a high-profile annual event for executives and external partners, collaborating with internal teams and agencies to ensure excellence;
- Content Creation: Develop event materials, including scripts, presentations, and videos. Lead alignment sessions to secure stakeholder buy-in and consistent messaging;
- Stakeholder Engagement: Manage governance structures, communications, and relationships with internal and external partners, ensuring program success;
- Performance Tracking: Create dashboards and reports using tools like PowerBI to monitor progress, risks, and metrics;
- Budget Oversight: Manage program budgets, conduct risk assessments, and plan contingencies;
- Process Optimization: Drive improvements in workflows, timelines, and overall efficiency.
Requirements

The ideal candidate:
- Passion for leading large-scale global events and fostering cross-functional collaboration;
- Thrives in fast-paced, complex organizations with diverse stakeholders;
- Strong business acumen, with procurement or R&I expertise as a plus;
- Curiosity for innovation and alignment with the mission and products;
- Strong experience in managing global events, including content creation, logistics, and executive engagement;
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive impactful outcomes;
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with expertise in complex, international programs.
Salaris
The offer Interim Global Events Lead
Hourly rate for a freelance professional will be between €90 and €100 excluding VAT. If you feel as though this is a great opportunity for your career development, then let's get in contact! This will be a 9-month contract.
