Job profile Talent Acquisition Specialist
As the driving force behind talent acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent to this international organization. With your expertise in identifying and engaging potential candidates, combined with your ability to build and maintain strong relationships, you will work closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing and managing talent pools;
- Coordinating the use of various media channels;
- Creating engaging online content tailored to the target audience;
- Conducting job interviews and managing the selection process;
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process;
- Advising (line) management and acting as a strategic business partner;
- Participating in complex and challenging recruitment projects;
- Overseeing the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Requirements
Requirements Talent Acquisition Specialist
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Several years of experience as a recruiter (agency or corporate) within the Dutch labor market;
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant work experience;
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain a solid network quickly;
- Experience in establishing and maintaining talent pools;
- A proactive, strategic mindset with confidence in decision-making;
- Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken);
- Availability of at least 32 hours per week.
