Responsibilities Security Officer - 5-star Hotel

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure and safe environment throughout the hotel. Your role includes monitoring security risks, handling incidents, and ensuring smooth operations.

• Ensuring the safety of guests, employees, and property;
• Conducting security patrols throughout the hotel;
• Handling emergency situations and assisting with first aid if needed;
• Assisting guests and colleagues in case of lost or stolen items;
• Reporting incidents and maintaining security logs.

Requirements

You are a reliable, observant, and professional security expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Valid Security Officer certificate (ABM or MBO Beveiliger 2);
• First aid (BHV) certification or willingness to obtain one;
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role;
• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken & written);
• Able to work morning, evening, and night shifts (5 days per week), including weekends and holidays.
  

Salaris

The Offer Security Officer - 5-star Hotel

For this position, the gross monthly salary ranges from €2,600 to €3,300, depending on experience and qualifications.
You will receive a one-year contract with the possibility of extension, along with a pension plan and travel reimbursement (from 10 km one-way).
Additionally, we offer exclusive employee discounts, a €1,000 annual training budget, and a complimentary overnight stay with breakfast after passing probation.
