Responisbilities Category Manager Sponsorships
Manage the Sponsorship & Activation Procurement Category
With a global spend of about €280m, our focus is on overseeing all aspects of Sponsorship and Activation Procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Valuation Tooling: Own and roll out valuation tooling for Sponsorship & Events.
- Business Alignment: Ensure alignment and strong business partnering on key Sponsorship & Activation projects that drive productivity.
- Portfolio Optimization: Support local Sponsorship portfolio optimization processes through embedding data-based decision making.
- Community Management: Foster a strong community management approach, encouraging a Learn-Share-Reapply behavior, and managing internal and external stakeholders. This will enable further capability building, toolkit development, and deployment.

For this role, we’re looking for someone with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex business problems. Part of this will include your ability to connect, influence, and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders at every level.
Qualifications:
- University degree in a business, financial, commercial, economical, or marketing discipline.
Experience/Skills Required:
- 6-8 years’ experience in a similar role (commercial procurement; ideally in Sponsorships & Events) in a complex international (FMCG) environment.
- Fluent in English.

Salaris
The offer
We can offer a gross monthly salary of 6.000 7.000 Euro
Note: This is a temp to perm role. You will start in our employment but will be employed by our client after an agreed upon period.
