Responsibilities Data & Analytics Project Manager - Temporary

• Oversee data collection and analytics to support decision-making and guide analytics direction.
• Utilize design thinking to enhance creativity and problem-solving within project teams.
• Monitor and report the performance of the program through KPIs and dashboards.
• Enhance and communicate BI products, providing necessary training.
• Manage SKU rationalization, coordinating analyses and discussions to drive decisions.
• Assist in preparing for new sprints and uphold methodology, focusing on data collection and analytics.
• Facilitate continuous improvement of methodologies by consolidating insights from all functions.
• Support and mentor the Squad and local teams in applying the methodology.
• Encourage functional contributions during sprints, acting as a challenger and supporter.

Requirements

Requirements Data & Analytics Project Manager - Temporary

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics or project management, ideally within the FMCG sector, with a demonstrated ability to deliver complex, cross-functional projects.
• Solid understanding of business intelligence, operations, and portfolio optimization, along with insight into the trade-offs related to cost, quality, and sustainability in product development and sourcing.
•  Exceptional data management, communication, and presentation abilities, with a talent for influencing and engaging senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI is required.
• Preferred skills include Excel VBA, SQL querying, and experience with Thinkcell.
• Willingness to travel globally (20-30%) depending on project requirements.

Salaris

The Offer Data & Analytics Project Manager - Temporary

A challenging full time position (40 hours) in Amsterdam, starting April 2025 till October 2025. In this role, you will work on a flex contract via us, with a salary of 8000-9000 EUR gross per month.
