Job description - Scrum Master - Temporary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Scrum Master to guide and support two Agile teams working on complex and business-critical solutions in a highly regulated environment. As a servant-leader and Agile coach, you will foster team collaboration, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement. This role is ideal for someone with strong facilitation skills, a solid grasp of Agile principles, and the ability to lead in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives;
• Coach team members on Agile values, principles, and best practices;
• Shield teams from external distractions and resolve blockers efficiently;
• Work closely with Product Owners to maintain well-prioritized and groomed backlogs;
• Support teams in meeting strict deadlines tied to compliance and operational readiness;
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making;
• Track and share Agile delivery metrics such as velocity, flow efficiency, and cycle time;
• Enhance cross-team collaboration across departments and with external partners;
• Align team efforts with broader digital and technological transformation initiatives.

Requirements

Job requirements - Scrum Master - Temporary

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach;
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or similar Agile certification;
• Experience working in regulated or mission-critical domains;
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI);
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe.

Salaris

The offer - Scrum Master - Temporary

Hybrid assignment for the duration of at least 7 months. The start date is 19 of May 2025 until the end of this calendar year. In this case, the client is unfortunately not open to ZZP-ers, so you will be employed by us for the duration of the project. The salary in the package is between €5,500 - €7,000 gross per month and depends on your experience and expertise. Would you like to learn more? Let's get in touch!
