Facility Coordinator - Temporary

As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be working in a beautiful office in Rijswijk, where an international FMCG organization is based. They specialize in dairy and medical nutrition.

With your positive attitude, you greet everyone with a smile on your face! In addition to common tasks, such as welcoming guests and answering the phone, you have a very diverse range of responsibilities. You are in frequent contact with people, but your passion for hospitality means that is no problem at all! You are the first point of contact and also ensure that the common areas are kept tidy.

Responsibilities Facility Coordinator - Temporary

As a Facility Coordinator, you have a varied and versatile role and you liaise with the Facilities Manager.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing relationships with external service providers and contractors, ensuring high-quality service and compliance with company standards;
  • Coordinating the allocation of office space and layout plans to optimize the use of office space and meet the needs of different departments;
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular safety inspections, and coordinating emergency plans;
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of office activities, meetings, and other events, and ensuring all logistical aspects are handled efficiently;
  • Acting as the first point of contact for facilities-related questions and issues, ensuring a quick and effective resolution;
  • Promoting and implementing sustainable practices in the office, including waste reduction and energy-saving measures.

Requirements

Requirements Facility Coordinator - Temporary

You have proven experience working in a hospitable and service-oriented environment, preferably at a facility service point/reception. Additionally, you recognize yourself in the following competencies and/or skills: hospitality, service orientation, and organizational sensitivity.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility management or a comparable position;
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations, best practices in facility management, and vendor management.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Salaris

The offer Facility Coordinator - Temporary

This is a temporary assignment that will last for 6 months. Salary indication for candidates on our payroll; gross €3000 - €3500 per month excluding vacation pay.
