Senior CRM Marketeer (Temporary)
We are looking for a Senior CRM Marketeer for a leading e-commerce platform to join their Marketing team for a temporary assignment of initially three months (with the possibility to extend to six). The position is for 32/36/40 hours per week and based in Utrecht, with two required office days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays).
You will be part of the CRM team responsible for the Longtail advertiser segment. The focus is on win-back and acquisition strategies, aimed at partners who are ready to advertise effectively. You’ll take the lead in developing and executing data-driven, automated omnichannel journeys that align with partner behavior and lifecycle stages.

Job Description Senior CRM Marketeer (Temporary)
- Take ownership of win-back and acquisition CRM strategies for the Longtail segment;
- Design and implement automated, behavior-based omnichannel campaigns;
- Work closely with teams across automation, content, and data to ensure campaign effectiveness;
- Manage your own projects with a strong balance between strategy and execution;
- Monitor results and continuously optimize based on data and insights;
- Contribute to long-term CRM vision and scalability efforts.
Requirements

- At least 5 years of experience in CRM marketing, preferably in a digital or e-commerce environment;
- Strong understanding of marketing automation and customer lifecycle management;
