Food and Beverage (F&B) Supervisor - Airport Hotel

Planes are landing and departing and guests are waiting for you!

As the F&B supervisor, you ensure every interaction with guests is memorable and pleasurable. You make sure guests get a delicious breakfast, hearty lunch or a delightful dinner with a smile on your face. You support your team and the F&B Manager wherever and whenever needed. You'll either be working the morning or day shift, depending on your availability.

And as this hotel is soon to open, you will be responsible for building the team and creating a cohesive unit that can tackle any challenge.

As the F&B supervisor, you are responsible for supporting the F&B Manager in his/her daily tasks and be the person the entire team looks up to for support and guidance in their day-to-day tasks. You oversee the restaurant, bar and banqueting rooms during a variety of events. You will do so either during the morning or the day, depending on your availability.

As the hotel is set to re-open soon, you will also be responsible for building the team and working with them to create a memorable guest experience.

In short, your responsibilities include:

• Leading the team in their day-to-day operations;
• Supporting the F&B Manager whenever needed;
• Overseeing various events happening in the hotel;
• Training and coaching new team members.

As the perfect candidate for this job you, recognize yourself in the following criteria;

• You have finished an MBO/HBO degree in a relevant field;
• You have at least 1 year of experience in a leadership role within the F&B department;
• You are naturally hospitable and service oriented;
• You are fluent in English (Dutch is a plus);
• You perform well under stressful situations.
