Restaurant Supervisor - Tourist attraction

As the Restaurant Supervisor for this unique location you are the person that turns a normal experience into a memorable one. You deliver the best service with a smile and make sure that your team can do so as well. You support them wherever necessary and you are not afraid to help them out if needed. You will be responsible for both the restaurant an the conference rooms that are available in this unique location.

As the Restaurant Supervisor for this unique location in Rotterdam you are responsible for delivering the best service to the guests visiting this unique location. You support your team and help them out wherever necessary. You coordinate the tasks that are carried out in the restaurant with the rest of the operation. The restaurant can also be turned into a unique conference room, you are then responsible for delivering a hearty lunch or a good cup of coffee.

In short your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Leading your team in their day to day operations;
• Coordinating your tasks with the other departments in the company;
• Giving advise to the guests whenever they ask;
• Ensuring perfect service at all times;
• Opening and closing of the register.

As the perfect candidate for the role you recognize yourself in the following criteria;

• You have a relevant degree at HBO/MBO level (For example Hospitality Management)
• You have at least 1 year of experience in a relevant role as a leader;
• You are fluent in English (and preferably Dutch);
• Working in a stressful environment does not bother you at all;
• You are naturally hospitable and service oriented.

This organization offers a dynamic working environment with lots of variation in tasks. The salary for this position is between €2200 and €2600 gross per month based on a full-time workweek.
