Are you the Cybersecurity Operations Manager interested in leading global FMCG companies? Do you want to make sure all security risks are properly managed using your combined leadership and stakeholder management skills and your vast experience in the Security domain? The Cybersecurity Manager we are searching for is experienced in complex geographical/functional matrix organizations. As a Cybersecurity Manager you are responsible for overseeing the outsourced Security Operations Center delivered as a service, defining short and long-term service improvements, establish and maintain the cyber security incident response plan, handle resolution of global security incidents, creating & presenting operational & compliance reports to IT & Business stakeholders. You will report to the Global Director Information Risk & Security, handling day to day security operations matter including project delivery. Therefore your responsibilities are:

  • Manage Security Operations;
  • Define and monitor improvement plan for Security Operations processes;
  • Maintain an operation cyber security board with security stakeholders within Global IT;
  • Manage the global security incident management process (governance, management / coordination of global security incidents);
  • Establish and maintain the cyber security incident response plan;
  • Optimize and update the cyber security incident management process;
  • Manage Security Books and Security Operations Board;
  • Build and manage Effective threat and vulnerability management program.
  • Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent. Recognized IT security certification is preferred;
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Security domain with sound technical knowledge on Microsoft solutions;
  • Professional certification in IT Security or Forensic preferred – e.g. CISM/CISSP/CEH/CFCE/CHFI/GCIH/GCFA or GCIA etc;
  • Expertise / understanding of hacking & intrusion techniques and prior experience with security testing and system diagnostics;
  • Familiar with use forensic tools and investigative methods to find specific electronic data, and provision with technical skills;
  • Knowledge and application of IT security standards, security control frameworks and risk management techniques.
