Head of Product

Are you an established Leader in Product and can you make an impact in a highly visible position? We’re looking for a Head of Product for a big e-commerce company.

We are actively seeking a highly experienced and visionary Head of Product to join a thriving eCommerce company based in Utrecht. As the Head of Product, you will play a pivotal role in leading a talented team of 20 product professionals, driving the direction of the product strategy.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of the logistics/fulfillment domain, which serves as the strategic backbone of the entire organisation. This domain is mission-critical, with high-volume processes and endless possibilities for innovation.

As Head of Product, you will foster a culture of innovation and empower your teams to maximize their impact through a data-driven approach and user-centric thinking. Your influence will extend beyond your immediate team, as you advocate for a product-led mindset throughout the entire department.

• A proven track record of at least 10 years in product roles, demonstrating your ability to inspire and lead.
• Experience in people management, including leading managers
• Knowledge of / affinity with the logistics/fulfillment domain, enabling you to effectively navigate its complexities.
• A natural inclination to lead by example, fostering trust and empowerment among your colleagues.

• A base salary ranging from 135K to 150K, plus bonus.
