As the Senior Product Manager for the new European headquarters, you will be responsible for guiding the introduction of CHINT's products and brand in the European market. You will be leading a team of Product Managers across Europe and overseeing the entire process to ensure its success.

You will be responsible for managing product information about the European Market within the needs for specific Components. You will lead and coach the local Product Managers developing their market and creating strong strategics.

Your role:

• Responsible for developing strategies to position CHINT products in the European market;
• Responsible for overseeing the medium and long-term development strategy from the local Product Managers driving growth and profitability;
• Lead the Product Managers across Europe providing guidance, coaching, and mentor ship to ensure succes;
• Responsible for carrying out research and analysis on market trend and forecasts, and share the knowledge with the local Product Managers;
• You will be based in the Netherlands, but are required to travel across Europe to visit the local Product Managers.

We are looking for the following background:

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electricity related field is preferred;
• Working experience in product design and marketing of complete sets and switchgear;
• Familiar with the scheme configuration and test standards of complete sets and switchgear products;
• More than 3 years working experience in the industry;
• Good presentation skills and ability to stand in front of a large number of people and make presentations;
• Ability to systematically analyze business status, measure goals, and follow up on an ongoing basis.

The salary is €100K a Year.
