Do you want to work in the center of Amsterdam in a dynamic hospitality environment? Then read on!

As a Reservations Coordinator you are responsible for all individual and group requests for 2 large hotels in Amsterdam. You will handle a mix of corporate and leisure requests. Together the hotels have almost 600 rooms to sell. A big challenge, but that's what you like! You will be part of a team of 4 people and you will ensure that all reservations are correctly processed in the system on a daily basis and you maintain contact with your guests by email and telephone.

As a Reservations Coordinator your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing and handling all reservations (individual and groups) by telephone and email;
  • Follow up on requests, prepare quotations and process booking data;
  • Correctly processing the administration in the system;
  • Pass on booking information to the operational departments;
  • Giving tours and discussing the possibilities in the hotel.

As a Reservations Coordinator you are naturally hospitable and you like variety in your work. In addition, you have the following criteria:

  • Completed MBO4 education (preferably in the direction of Hospitality/Tourism);
  • Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written), Dutch is a big plus;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience within the front office/reception or similar role;
  • You work in detail and clearly;
  • Administratively very strong and knowledge of a PMS system.

The salary offered for this position is between €2200 - €2400 gross per month based on 38 hours. In addition, you will join a dynamic environment where you can be yourself and develop professionally. The following secondary conditions form the rest of the package:
