F&B Manager - The Friendly Island!

St. Maarten, a very special island in the Caribbean. It is the only place in the world where The Netherlands borders France and the smallest island in the world belonging to two countries. The northern French half has an undisputed Mediterranean character, while the southern Dutch part is more internationally oriented. The island's snow-white sandy beaches are unsurpassed and its more than four hundred restaurants are a joyful, culinary hodgepodge.

This is a unique opportunity to manage the F&B operations on a beautiful resort on this island. It is up to you to lead by example to train and motivate your staff. We are looking for an F&B Manager who is willing to help out on the floor as well as being in charge of the budget, forecasting, cost-control, HACCP and guiding/training your staff.

The F&B Manager is responsible for:

• Guiding your team;
• Several F&B outlets;
• Recruiting & training staff;
• Cost control;
• HACCP;
• Planning + budgetting;
• Managing KPI's;
• Forecasting.

For the position of F&B Manager we require:

• A minimum of 3 year experience as F&B Manager;
• Fluent in English, ability to speak additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian or Dutch is preferred;
• Experienced in the financial part of F&B;
• Strong leadership skills;
• Knowledge of HACCP;
• Experience with budgeting/planning/cost control;
• Willing to relocate for a longer period of time (work permit/visa required);
• Working experience within high-end hotels.

The salary range for this position is based on experience with a maximum of US$3950 net per month. Next to this there are interesting additional benefits such as a personal development program, bonus, annual flight tickets and staff discounts. Help with relocating is offerd when necessary.

• Housing US$750;
• Utilities US$250;
• Flight to St Maarten covered;
• Relocation allowance of US$1000;
• Annual bonus flight allowance US$1000;
