Meet the New Faces in the Talentor Network
We proudly welcomed five new partner firms from Germany, Spain, and Southeast Asia. From life sciences to IT, their entrepreneurial stories and market insights added a fresh perspective to our expanding global reach. They are Righthead by Concentrix (Germany), Constares (Germany), Itaka Solutions (Germany), Boomerang (Spain) and, Ellwood Consulting (Singapore and Malaysia).

Our partners dove into real-world challenges and solutions - how to sell retained search, embed a sales culture, collaborate across borders, and drive business through smart KPIs and marketing. With practical input from experienced partners, the workshops turned knowledge into action. Our community has a rich level of activity and loads of best practices to share – the learning experience is one of our key moments in every meeting as the strategic take aways are always brought right into the operations when coming back.
Future-Ready Tech & Tools
Digital innovation took center stage. We explored the potential of AI-powered tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and internal Co-Pilot systems to boost search performance and client acquisition.
Leadership Development in Focus
The Leaders4Tomorrow Program continues to grow, and the next edition kicks off in Basel this October. The message was clear: investing in leadership is key to sustainable growth - and nominations for the 2025/26 class are now open!
Day Two: From Strategy to Storytelling
We explored what clients really expect from recruiters with insights from two inspiring guests and professionals: Milan Jirousek (Powertica Commodities) and Martina Suchomelova (Shoptet). Our partners learned how to turn recruiters into revenue drivers and gained perspectives on financial resilience and marketing in a noisy digital world.
We also celebrated 12 years of Talentor’s global growth with a look back (and forward!) at our network's evolution into one of the top 7 global executive search firms and how we impact our global virtual communities thanks to our partners and marketing efforts reaching out over 430K LinkedIn users as a one single network.
