As the founder and director of Ellwood Consulting, a specialised recruitment consultancy focused on mid-senior level placements in the functional areas of finance, financial services, human resources, IT and sales and marketing, Mark has focused his experience, knowledge and insights into a recruitment consultancy that meets the demand for a more personal, results-oriented approach to executive search and staffing.
Initially in Malaysia, Mark identified an opportunity and an exciting challenge in the form of a nation with an increasing demand for high quality professionals and an environment in which he could apply his specific talents and expertise. Mark saw Malaysia's growing regional prominence and the increasing number of MNCs establishing a local presence and knew the timing was right for him to drive this growth further by sourcing the right talent.
Having successfully launched and built out the Malaysian operations of Ellwood Consulting, Mark has now relocated back to Singapore to replicate the success of the Malaysian business in the island state.
