The energy was excited & inspired on October 16th in Basel, where our Leaders4Tomorrow program officially kicked off its new edition — hosted by our Swiss partner Coopers. Their stunning Orangerie venue, just steps away from their office, set the perfect stage for a day of learning, connecting, and inspiration.

Basel couldn’t have been a better choice for this launch. A true international gem — home to global pharma leaders, an open-minded community, and world-class food — it captures what our program stands for: global mindset, innovation, and collaboration. The Leaders4Tomorrow (L4T) program is more than a training. It’s a shared commitment to growth — built by recruiters, for recruiters. This hybrid journey connects virtual masterclasses with two in-person highlights: the kick-off in Basel and the upcoming Leadership Camp in Vienna (March 2026). Each step is designed to create tangible business impact and lasting change in how teams grow, communicate, and lead.
