Christian Biedermann
Christian is responsible for the recruitment of specialists all over Switzerland. Prior to joining Coopers Group, Christian worked with a leading global HR service provider for more than seven years. Christian holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen.
As Area Head of the German-speaking part of Switzerland and Branch Director he successfully established and developed the ‘Information Technology’ business sector.

Denise Stuker
Denise Stuker, who holds a federal diploma in business administration, is Operations Director at Coopers. She is responsible for all operational processes within the company.
Previously, Denise worked as a recruitment consultant for over 10 years. Denise placed temporary and permanent staff in the fields of information technology and engineering throughout Switzerland and was involved in recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) projects in Switzerland and the USA.

Jan-Philipp Schwarz
Jan-Philipp Schwarz, Business Manager Perm in Basel, is responsible for the recruiting processes of our permanent positions. He and his team support and consult our clients during the whole recruitment process, from IT, Engineering, Finance & Banking to Life Sciences. He is in charge of Executive Search, as well.
Jan-Philipp studied business before starting his career within one of the biggest recruiting companies, successfully building teams in IT, Healthcare and Engineering.

Alessia Biassoli
Alessia Biassoli works as Business Manager Contracting Basel at Coopers Group AG. She leads our contracting team in Basel that is responsible for sourcing our talents and experts.
Alessia holds a Master in Training and Development of HR. Before joining Coopers, Alessia worked in IT Recruiting and IT Training at a major pharmaceutical company in Basel.

Sandro Pezzutto
Sandro Pezzutto is Business Manager at Coopers Group AG. He is responsible throughout Switzerland for filling temporary IT positions within the public administration. Furthermore, he is responsible for the examination, evaluation and participation in public tenders in the areas of IT staffing and IT services and maintains sustainable relationships with our clients and candidates.
Before joining Coopers, Sandro worked for over 10 years as a consultant for one of the world's largest financial services companies.
