Digital Biomarker Project Manager (m/f/d)

Duration: until January 2027

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, from planning through to implementation and closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of project activities, providing hands-on leadership to ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met efficiently, while fostering collaboration and bringing teams together across workstreams.
  • Oversee the Project Management Office (PMO) aspects, ensuring that governance structures, reporting mechanisms, and documentation standards are maintained for efficient project oversight and control.
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams across cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration towards common goals.
  • Facilitate project core team, enabling them to make timely and informed decisions, and providing critical updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Employ a hybrid approach to project management, balancing Agile practices with classical methodologies to effectively manage risks and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Drive the definition, prioritization, and execution of project roadmaps, ensuring that all teams are aligned and focused on achieving key milestones.
  • Oversee the identification and mitigation of project risks, ensuring that potential obstacles are managed proactively.
  • Collaborate closely with architecture, engineering, data science, and other technical teams to ensure that project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.

Requirements:

  • University degree (Master’s, Ph.D., or equivalent) in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in digital health or similar technology-driven industries
  • Experience in managing large-scale, complex projects within the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable
  • Proficient in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and Agile project management methodologies, with the ability to adapt and integrate traditional project management approaches where necessary Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization, with strong skills in facilitating decision-making processes and steering project teams toward success
