For an established and dynamically growing company, we are looking for a suitable Senior Business Developer who will contribute to international presence and the expansion of comprehensive solutions in energy efficiency and renewable energy sources.You will provide innovative and sustainable tailored solutions to clients ranging from large industrial enterprises to commercial operations. Leveraging your know-how and extensive experience, you will help them reduce energy consumption, optimise costs, and contribute to environmental protection. Your pro-client approach and ability to serve as a "one-stop shop" will address all their needs in the area of green energy and energy efficiency.

Popis Pracovní Pozice

What you will do:
  • Actively seek out and acquire new business opportunities in the Slovak market in the field of energy efficiency and renewable energy sources (with an emphasis on solutions for energy-intensive customers, companies, and public institutions).
  • Build and maintain strong and long-term relationships with key clients and partners in the Slovak market.
  • Analyze the Slovak market, identify trends and customer needs in the field of green energy and energy efficiency.
  • Prepare and present business offers and solutions tailored to the needs of Slovak customers.
  • Participate in business negotiations and conclude contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, project, marketing) in the preparation and implementation of projects.
  • Regularly report on business activities and achieved results.
  • Represent the company at relevant events and conferences in Slovakia.

  • Proven ability to leverage a rich network of B2B contacts to drive business development and establish strategic partnerships is essential.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Slovak market and its specifics.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Proactive approach, independence, and responsibility.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Communicative level of English.
  • Willingness to travel within Slovakia.
