Quality Service Center Specialist (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary communicator for Global Quality, ensuring alignment and clarity in communication across internal teams and with external stakeholders.
  • Support and promote adherence to the highest standards of product quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement processes.
  • Collaborate within a team-focused environment, maintaining a culture of excellence, customer orientation, and continuous improvement.
  • Foster proactive engagement and contribute to problem-solving in a dynamic, regulated industry.

Qualifications:

  • A technical college degree or vocational education in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in a regulated environment, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong background in quality management, with an ability to support ongoing improvement efforts.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Critical thinking capabilities and a strong quality-oriented mindset.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English, both written and spoken.
